We started building EchoDrift because we love Linear. We identified ways to make it even better through automations and tools that streamlined our workflows, and we wanted to share these advancements with the community.
However, after months of operating EchoDrift, we've come to realize that things haven't progressed as we anticipated. Adoption has been low, usage is minimal, and maintaining the tool, both in terms of infrastructure and our own time, has become unsustainable. To add to this, Linear has been introducing some of the very features we initially created EchoDrift for, such as recurring issues and auto-starting projects, making the EchoDrift toolkit less necessary.
After careful consideration, we've decided to shut down EchoDrift on July 1st.
We truly appreciate everyone who gave EchoDrift a try, shared feedback, and supported us along the way. This project may be coming to an end, but we'll always be building and crafting new things.
