EchoDrift Beta is Here: Try It Now for Free!

When we first started building EchoDrift, it was because we knew that Linear was something special. Linear changed how we worked, and we couldn’t imagine using anything else. But as much as we loved it, we kept finding ourselves wishing for just a little more—more automations, more tools to handle the repetitive tasks that were slowing us down. That’s where EchoDrift came in.

We’re incredibly excited to announce that EchoDrift is now in Beta, and we’d like you to participate in it.

Why EchoDrift?

EchoDrift is our way of enhancing the already brilliant Linear workflow. It’s a toolkit that adds several automations and features, making sure the things that should happen automatically, do happen automatically. EchoDrift takes care of the details so you can focus on what really matters: creating and moving forward.

The best part? EchoDrift is completely free during our beta period. We want you to dive in, explore every feature, and see how it fits into your daily workflow without any cost or commitment.

What’s Included in the Beta?

As part of the beta, you’ll have full access to all of EchoDrift’s features:

  • Recurring Issues: Automate repetitive tasks by scheduling recurring issues, freeing your team to focus on impactful work.
  • Assign Issues Automatically: Track task ownership by automatically assigning issues to the team member who starts or completes them.
  • Move Sub-Issues to the Backlog: Automatically move unstarted sub-issues to the backlog when their parent issue is moved to the backlog, keeping your backlog organized.
  • Auto-Update Project Status to In Progress: Ensure project statuses are current by automatically setting them to In Progress when any issue is started or completed.
  • Auto-Update Project Status to Completed: Save time by automatically marking projects as Completed when all associated issues are done.
  • Auto-Update Project Status to Backlog: Maintain accurate project tracking by automatically setting project status to Backlog when all issues are deferred.
  • Add Labels from Descriptions: Effortlessly categorize issues by automatically adding labels mentioned in the description, like #bug or #feature.

Why Beta?

We believe in creating tools that truly serve the people using them. By opening EchoDrift in beta, we’re giving you the chance to test it out, let us know what’s working, and tell us what could be better. Your feedback will help shape EchoDrift’s future and ensure that it becomes an indispensable part of your Linear workflow.

What Happens After Beta?

For now, we want you to enjoy all the benefits of EchoDrift, completely free. Once we move out of beta, EchoDrift will transition to a paid model. But don’t worry—we’ll provide all the details well before that happens, and you’ll have plenty of time to decide which plan works best for you.

Join the Beta Today

We’re thrilled to share EchoDrift with you and can’t wait to hear what you think. Linear has been a game-changer for us, and with EchoDrift, we hope to take that experience even further—for ourselves, for you, and for everyone who wants to work smarter.
